The documents listed on this page comprise the application packet that can be picked up. If you would rather get a packet from us at the Crew or in the mail, please fill out the membership contact form and someone from the Membership Committee will get back with you.

Prospective Member Packet
This document outlines the responsibilities of membership as well as the application process. Although there are no forms to fill out, it is suggested that you look over the packet to answer some of the questions you may have about membership.

Membership Contact Form
This form is included on the cover of all membership packets we give out to be filled out and returned when the packet is picked up. If you'd rather print out the packet online, please let us know that you are interested by filling out the membership contact form so a representative can answer any questions you may have.

Application
Please print out this application and fill it out completely. Applicants for Senior and Associate membership must have their applications signed by a notary public. You can drop the application off at the Crew building at any time, or bring it with you to one of your observer shifts.
